Prequalification-Annual Contract Painting and Weatherproofin

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors for an annual contract to provide painting and weatherproofing services on an as-needed basis. The contract may be awarded for up to five years with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $3,000,000. The specific magnitude of the work will be determined by individual work orders issued by the county, with each work order expected to be less than $100,000. • The contractor must possess all professional licenses or certifications required by the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County for performing painting and weatherproofing services. • The contractor must submit a qualification application package, which will be available on the county's online Vendor Self-Service system or by email. • A non-mandatory WebEx conference will be held on January 5, 2023, to discuss the contract and answer questions.
