Description
The Agency of Human Services, Department of Vermont Health Access is seeking to provide workforce support and system development in the form of trainings and continuing education programs. The purpose of the grant is to build stronger rural health networks, improve technology and shared operations, strengthen the rural health workforce and ultimately ensure that Vermonters receive the right care at the right time for an affordable cost. The selected vendor(s) will be expected to sign a contract with the State, including the Standard Contract Form and the standard State attachments.
• The contract will be for a period of 14 months with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2026.
• The contract period is anticipated to extend from August 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
• Year 1 funds must be fully spent by September 30, 2027.
• The State may enter into a contract to have the selected vendor(s) perform all or part of the tasks identified in the Desired Services described in Section 2 of this RFP.
