Courier Service FY22-FY25

The State of Nevada, Department of Business & Industry, Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers and Real Estate Division, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for legal courier services in the Las Vegas area. The selected vendor will be expected to provide services such as court filings, messenger services, service of process, delivery, pick-up, and special or urgent deliveries. The contract is anticipated to commence upon Clerk of the Board’s approval for a four (4) year period. • Services offered and method used for ordering services • Cost per service • Copy of Nevada State Business License • Copy of Certificate of Insurance • Copy of applicable city or county business license • Contact person and telephone number for service inquiries • Minimum of three references • Company ownership and length of time in business
