Amendment 0004 to Cancel Solicitation

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking blanket purchase agreements for title services in the Mid-Atlantic Region. The work to be done under these specifications consists of furnishing and delivering Owners Guarantee (Insurance) Policies or Certificates of Title and Continuations thereof. The selected contractor will be required to provide Closing Services as set forth on the Schedule and Performance Work Statement. • The contractor will be responsible for providing preliminary, interim or final policies, certificates of title, interim binders, or endorsements. • The contractor will be required to deliver Owners Guarantee (Insurance) Policies or Certificates of Title and Continuations thereof. • The contractor will be responsible for providing Closing Services as set forth on the Schedule and Performance Work Statement.
