MH-65 Swivel Ring Assembly

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking quotations for the procurement of MH-65 Swivel Ring Assembly. The assembly must be a new, manufactured commercial item from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM-approved source. The USCG anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P. • The assembly must have clear traceability to the OEM. • The assembly must meet the requirements specified in the attached documents. • The offeror must provide a completed "Requirement" document with the unit price column filled in. • The offeror must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security, labor, and environmental protection.
