Campus Calendar Software

The University of Wisconsin‑Green Bay is seeking a vendor to provide a unified campus‑wide calendar software platform that will serve all four UW‑Green Bay campuses. The contract includes three years of software licensing, maintenance, and an implementation/onboarding component, with full integration to existing systems and compliance with accessibility and security standards. Bidders must submit a technical proposal, client references, and required certifications through the ShopUW+ electronic sourcing module. • Provide a cloud or on‑premise calendar solution with API/connector support for multiple data sources (EMS, Momentus, etc.). • Deliver annual licensing & maintenance for three consecutive years plus a one‑time implementation/onboarding cost. • Meet WCAG accessibility, HECVAT security, warranty, and service‑level requirements; allow the contract to be used by other UW System campuses and Wisconsin agencies.
