Description
The State of Delaware is seeking bids for a contract to provide specialty paper to all State Agencies, as well as other entities such as school districts, municipalities, and higher education institutions. The contract will be for a two-year term, with the option to renew for two additional two-year terms. Bidders must submit their proposals through the online bid submission portal by February 5, 2025, at 3:00pm local time.
