Grounds Maintenance Equipment, Tractors, and Utility Vehicles: Parts and Service

Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc. is seeking proposals for grounds maintenance equipment, tractors, utility vehicles, parts, and services. The contract will be for an initial one-year term with four potential one-year extensions. The scope of work includes providing equipment and services to Mohave's statewide membership of approximately 480 public agencies. The proposal should include pricing information, offer and acceptance, terms and conditions, scope of work, specifications, and other supporting documents. • The contract vendor will provide equipment and services to Mohave's members. • The contract vendor will provide manufacturer's operation and parts manuals. • The contract vendor will provide safety videos and training for equipment and vehicles. • The contract vendor will provide repair, service, maintenance, and warranty work. • The contract vendor will provide OEM parts, options, and accessories. • The contract vendor will provide aftermarket parts, options, and accessories. • The contract vendor will provide specialty chemicals and lubricants. • The contract vendor will provide chemicals and lubricants necessary to maintain the equipment.
