Exterior Building Cleaning RFP

The State of Connecticut is seeking proposals for exterior building cleaning services. The scope of work includes general building and office cleaning and maintenance services, building exterior steam cleaning service, window or window blind cleaning services, and structural exterior cleaning services. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required services.
