Food Services

The Department of Management Services is seeking information from food service providers to meet the state's current and future needs for food services at two facilities: the Capitol Building and the Department of Revenue, Building 2. The Department desires high-quality, affordable options for breakfast and lunch, a wide variety of snack options, and outstanding customer service. Vendors are asked to provide company information, product and services summary, and respond to RFI questions. • The Capitol Building has a cafeteria on the lower level and a café/snack bar on the 10th floor, with 6,763 square feet and 2,693 square feet respectively. • The Department of Revenue, Building 2, has a café/snack bar on the lower level with 1,520 square feet. • Anticipated equipment provided on site by the Department includes fryers, charbroilers, steamers, ice machines, and refrigerators. • The Department's objectives include providing high-quality food options, a wide variety of snacks, and outstanding customer service. • Vendors are responsible for all costs associated with responding to the RFI.
