CFAS First Aid Kits

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is seeking quotes for the purchase of CPR First Aid Training Kits. The kits must be TAA and Buy American Act Compliant and include specific items such as emergency bandages, quick clot trainer gauze, triangular bandages, rubber gloves, alcohol wipes, and disposable CPR manikins. The kits must be shipped in clear plastic bags, and the containers must be clearly marked with the contents. The offeror must provide a detailed photo of the training items in the clear plastic bag and meet all the requirements specified in the solicitation. • The kits must meet the minimum salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified by the solicitation. • The offeror must provide a line-by-line comparison of alternative products using manufacturer name, model/part number, and salient features. • The offeror must include a statement stating that the offer is TAA and Buy American Act Compliant. • The offeror must provide pricing for unit pricing and extended pricing.
