Non-Tactical Vehicle Lease Support (EUCOM)

The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is seeking information from interested vendors who can provide non-tactical vehicle lease support in the European Command (EUCOM) Area of Operation/Responsibility. The requirement includes leasing and renting of vehicles, including sports utility vehicles (SUVs), eight-passenger vans, and light duty trucks. The contractor will be responsible for providing vehicles that meet specific requirements, including being in good working condition, clean, and equipped with necessary safety features. The contractor will also be responsible for maintenance, repairs, and replacement of vehicles as needed. The performance period is expected to be three years. • The contractor must provide vehicles that meet the specified requirements, including being no more than five years old and having a valid registration and license plate. • The contractor must ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, including regular oil changes and tire rotations. • The contractor must provide a 24/7 helpline for emergency assistance and have a representative available to respond to calls within two hours. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety and environmental standards.
