Description
The Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified consultants to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for a major cemetery expansion in North Little Rock. The work includes expanding crypt capacity, adding columbarium niches, constructing new roadway access, fencing, water storage, irrigation, and remote restrooms across roughly 223 acres. The agency will award one or more contracts and may negotiate fees on a percentage, lump‑sum, or hourly basis.
• Expansion of crypts – 4,000‑7,000 crypts plus ~200 oversized crypts
• Infrastructure for 223 acres – road, fencing, water & irrigation, restrooms
• Design services for columbarium niches (10‑30), site planning, and related civil works
• Contracts may be negotiated on various fee structures; minority‑ and women‑owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
