125352-01 - Wastewater lagoon liner replacement

The project involves a comprehensive replacement of the liner in Wastewater Lagoon 1, including relocation of aerators, dewatering and removal of sludge, demolition of existing curtains and liner, remediation of contaminated soil, and installation of a new degas system and liner. This work is scoped as a lump‑sum contract and requires both physical and electronic bid submissions. • Remove existing lagoon liner, curtains, contaminated soil, and dewater sludge. • Install new degas system, replace liner, and reinstall new curtains. • Relocate aerators from Lagoon 1 to Lagoon 2, then back after installation. • Perform soil replacement and compact to grade, adhering to environmental and safety standards.
