COLD PATCH ASPHALT MIX FOR THE MDC STOCKYARD

The Metropolitan District Commission (MDC) of Connecticut is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver Cold Patch Asphalt Mix to its stockyard located at 125 Maxim Road, Hartford, CT 06114. The mix will be used for permanent or temporary repairs of potholes, utility cuts, pavement failures, edge repairs, and other asphalt maintenance applications on roadways, parking areas, sidewalks, and other paved surfaces. The contractor must enter into a contract covering all costs associated with the supply and delivery of the material. • Product: Cold Patch Asphalt Mix suitable for a variety of pavement repair scenarios. • Delivery location: MDC stockyard, 125 Maxim Road, Hartford, CT 06114. • Scope: Manufacture (or procure) the mix, transport it to the stockyard, and maintain inventory as needed. • Contract type: Invitation to Bid (ITB) – open to all vendors. • Delivery terms: Free On Board Destination (FOB‑D). • Payment terms: Vendor‑specified. • No line‑item bidding required (single‑item supply).
