CORRUGATED HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE PIPE STORMWATER CULVERTS

The County of Hawai‘i is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the supply and delivery of corrugated high‑density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe culverts ranging from 12‑ to 60‑inch diameters for stormwater infrastructure. Bidders must provide the pipe material, fittings, and related accessories, and must deliver the goods to the County’s address in Hilo within 60 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. No pre‑bid conference is scheduled, and all inquiries must be submitted by October 7 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder and will be executed under the County’s standard General Terms and Conditions.
