Shop Fluids - Term & Supply

The Boone County Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a Term and Supply contract for the furnishing and delivery of Shop Fluids and Petroleum Products as needed for the Boone County Road and Bridge Department. The contract will have an initial term from July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, and may be renewed by the County for up to an additional five six-month periods. Bidders must provide firm bids, and prices will be firm for the initial contract period. The County reserves the right to award more than one supplier, and multiple awards may be made based on a primary, secondary, and tertiary supplier. • The contract includes the supply of various shop fluids and petroleum products, such as universal tractor fluid, hydraulic oil, coolant, gear lubricant, and transmission fluid. • Bidders must provide brand name products when specified, and prices will be firm for the initial contract period. • The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive technicalities. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the County, considering factors such as price, quality, and service.
