ELEVATOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE - COPY

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) services for elevators located across its correctional facilities and administrative offices. The contract will cover inspection, testing, routine servicing, minor repairs, and parts replacement for a diverse fleet of elevators varying in make, size, and complexity. Work is organized into four geographic regions (Central, Eastern, South Central, Western); vendors may bid on any or all regions but must service every elevator within a chosen region. The award will be a three‑year term contract, with the possibility of a single‑vendor award or multiple awards per region. Bids must be submitted electronically via the NC e‑procurement system by the October 27, 2026 deadline, and a site‑visit is encouraged (deadline Oct 14, 2026) to assess equipment conditions.
