Online \ On-Demand Streaming Services for Residential Life

The Louisiana Tech University Office of Purchasing is seeking sealed bids for online/on-demand streaming services for residential life. The selected provider will be responsible for providing high-definition streaming movie, television programming, and educational programming services with reliable performance at no cost to students over the campus wired and wireless network. The service should include a diverse selection of feature films, popular television series, independent productions, documentaries, instructional programming, and educational resources that appeal to a broad and diverse student population. The provider will also be required to provide technical support, system maintenance, and regular content updates throughout the agreement period. * The University is requesting pricing on three package types: * Package #1 – Up to 700 top films which includes blockbusters, etc. * Package #2 – Up to 300 movies ranging from new releases, etc. * Package #3 – Up to 150 movies ranging from new releases, etc. * The University will award only one of the above packages depending on what is in its best interest. * The contract will cover the time frame September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods if both parties mutually agree.
