The City of Fayetteville’s Office of Community Safety is seeking qualified companies and community‑based organizations to plan, staff, and execute “Safe Space Activations,” trauma‑informed community events aimed at youth, young adults, and families in neighborhoods targeted for violence prevention and trust building. The contractor will deliver a minimum of two activations per month from April through August 2026, providing full event planning, staffing, outreach, safety oversight, logistics, and post‑event reporting. Up to four contracts may be awarded, each funded at $25,000, with the potential for a one‑year base term and two optional one‑year extensions.
