The State of California’s Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (through its Correctional Health Care Services) is seeking a single contractor to design, launch, manage, and maintain a statewide Mental Health Registry Network (MHRN) that provides temporary/relief mental‑health staffing to all correctional facilities. The contractor must recruit, credential, schedule, and oversee a pool of licensed mental‑health providers, deliver a secure web‑based workforce‑management system, and meet strict performance metrics (≥ 80 % fill‑rate, credentialing ≤ 5 business days, invoice accuracy ≥ 95 %).
