Trash and Paper Removal Services

The Red Clay Consolidated and Colonial School Districts are seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive trash and paper‑recycling collection, transport, and disposal services for all non‑municipal school facilities (and a few municipal sites) across two districts. The contractor must furnish labor, containers, equipment (including optional compactors), on‑call service, spill clean‑up, weight‑ticket documentation, and comply with all applicable state and local regulations for a three‑year term beginning 1 August 2026. • Daily trash collection (and as‑needed recycling) for dozens of schools, with optional compactor service. • Requirement to maintain clean, painted containers, provide weight tickets, and offer 24‑hour on‑call pickups. • Billing is monthly; pricing must be broken out by pickup, extra pull, recycling, compactor haul, disposal, fuel and overweight surcharges. • Vendor must hold all Delaware licenses, insurance minimums, and submit quarterly supplier‑diversity reports.
