Drone Gun- Intent to Award

The US Air Force, Dover Air Force Base (DAFB), is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a software-defined radio with DroneSentry-C2 integration capability and a DroneGun with capabilities to hold/takedown/send back drones. The contractor will provide a system that can detect RF Command and Control Signals, Custom Protocols, Remote ID and Drone ID Signals, Broadcasts and Video, and has a rechargeable battery. The system should also have a suitable repair and tool kit for the DroneGun. • The system should have a software-defined radio with DroneSentry-C2 integration capability High (1-2 km) & Low (4km+) RF Environment. • The system should have XML-based output used by TAK software, open-source geospatial software. • The system should be able to detect RF Command and Control Signals, Custom Protocols, Remote ID and Drone ID Signals, Broadcasts and Video. • The system should have a rechargeable battery. • The DroneGun should have capabilities to hold/takedown/send back drones with an effective range up to 1km.
