UPS Batteries Replacement at IT Center and Keller Hall

The University of Hawaii is seeking bids for the replacement of UPS batteries at the IT Center and Keller Hall. The scope of work includes furnishing, delivering, and installing EATON UPS batteries, as well as removing and disposing of existing batteries. The project requires the bidder to be an authorized reseller of EATON products and to have the requisite experience and expertise to provide the goods and services. • The bidder must provide a certification letter from EATON at the time of bid submission. • The bidder must maintain insurance acceptable to the University throughout the term of the contract. • The University reserves the right to reject damaged or defective goods and to require the contractor to replace them at no additional cost. • The contractor shall be remunerated upon final acceptance of goods and submission of a properly executed original invoice.
