Liquid Oxygen

The City of Waco seeks a qualified contractor to supply bulk liquid oxygen and perform an annual technical inspection of the city‑owned liquid‑oxygen storage and vaporization system at its Dissolved Air Flotation Facility. The contractor must provide product, transportation, delivery labor, cryogenic transfer equipment, hoses, fittings, documentation, technical assistance, safety equipment, inspection labor, instruments, and any other materials or services required to meet the detailed specifications in Appendix D. This is a one‑time procurement for both the supply of liquid oxygen and the associated inspection services, with potential for recurring deliveries if the city chooses to continue the service. • Supply and deliver bulk liquid oxygen to the Waco DAFF facility. • Provide all cryogenic handling equipment, safety gear, and documentation. • Conduct an annual technical inspection of the storage and vaporization system, including labor, instruments, and reporting. • Follow the specifications outlined in the bid documents (Appendix D).
