The Office of the Secretary of State is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the printing of 3,000 copies of the 2025-2026 Illinois Blue Book. The book will have 544 pages, including 512 one-color pages and a 32-page, four-color section. The cover will be blind debossed and gold debossed with 20pt. Cheltenham bold upper- and lower-case letters. The successful vendor will be required to submit a projected schedule showing deadlines for copy to meet the required delivery date of June 17, 2026. • The vendor must have two years of printing experience and must print at a union shop. • The vendor must submit samples of the proposed stock if different from the specified Mead No. 2 grade. • The vendor must provide high-quality proofs for all color pages. • The vendor must deliver the books to the Secretary of State's warehouse by June 17, 2026. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Illinois Procurement Code and the Illinois Information Technology Accessibility Act Standards.
