DISTRIBUTED ANTENNA SYSTEM -- UNION MIDDLE

The Canyons School District is seeking a qualified contractor to design and deploy a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) at Union Middle School. The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in DAS design and deployment, and all installers must have at least 3 years of experience and be certified by the product manufacturer. The contractor will be responsible for completing the scope of work, including design, installation, and testing, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to public safety and accessibility. Some of the key requirements include: • Providing a DAS system that meets the requirements of the Canyons School District • Ensuring that all work is done by expert technicians qualified in the field • Complying with industry best practices for grounding, shielding, cable dressing, and equipment mounting • Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals • Coordinating with the Utah Communications Authority (UCA) and other stakeholders as necessary
