The Montana Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud‑hosted, commercial‑off‑the‑shelf (COTS) Borehole Log Software solution to replace the legacy gINT system. The software must support full borehole data management, customizable reporting, GIS integration, data migration, training, maintenance, and a three‑year support contract, with all functional requirements already met by the vendor’s product. • Centralized borehole data capture, storage, and visualization for all subsurface investigation methods. • Mandatory functional capabilities include import/export of gINT data, GIS/ArcGIS integration, role‑based permissions, and extensive configurable reporting templates. • Vendor must deliver a detailed project plan, training program, SLA (including 90‑day warranty, uptime guarantees, disaster‑recovery, and security certifications), and conduct a product demonstration and trial as outlined in Exhibit F.
