RFQ For On-Call Planning, Design, and Consulting Services for: Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Medical Facilities, Audio Visual, Data Engineering, and Furniture Specialist

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking experienced and qualified firms to provide on-call planning, design, and consulting services for various disciplines, including architecture, engineering, interior design, and medical facilities. The selected firms will be required to maintain a local office within a 50-mile radius of UNLV and provide services on an as-needed basis. The contract term is up to 5 years, with an initial term of 1 year and options to renew for up to 4 additional years. The total aggregate spend for all projects during the contract term may not exceed $3,000,000 per firm. • The services required include planning, design, and consulting services for medical and health clinic facilities, interior design, and furniture specialist services. • Firms must demonstrate experience in coordination during design and construction phases to minimize disruption to existing campus operations. • Firms must also demonstrate qualifications and ability to mitigate problems and concerns that may arise during the design and construction phases. • UNLV is committed to sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions, and firms must share this commitment. • The evaluation criteria for this RFQ include firm description, project experience, project team, quality control, sustainability, and financial condition.
