The County of Washoe is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting firm to electronically store, update, and create comprehensive Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) in a secure, web‑accessible database, and to conduct outreach activities related to the plans. The work will be performed throughout the State of Nevada, with a final delivery deadline of October 31 2027.
