Budget estimate

$10,000,000 – $50,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is likely to be substantial, given the 50-year lease term and the requirement for in-kind consideration in the form of design and construction of an aquatic center and potentially other projects. The fair market value of the lease interest, as determined by an appraisal to be completed by the Department of the Army, will be a key factor in determining the budget. Additionally, the offeror's proposal for additional in-kind consideration projects may also impact the budget. A rough estimate for the budget could be in the range of $10 million to $50 million, considering the scope and complexity of the project. However, this is a highly speculative estimate and the actual budget could be significantly higher or lower.
