PKB Ascent Aerosystems Spirit Base Kits

The 90th Contracting Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB is seeking a contractor to provide Ascent Aerosystems Spirit Base Kits. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract, and the Government intends to award the contract to the offeror with the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. The scope of work includes the provision of two Spirit Base Kits and two Gremsy VIO F1 Payload Modules. The kits must meet the Government's minimum requirements, which include a unique coaxial airframe configuration and an open and modular payload architecture. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • The provision of a complete, turn-key system to provide real-time intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) training for the 90th Ground Combat Training Squadron (GCTS) • The acquisition of two Spirit Base Kits, each including the core aircraft, GPS module, two sets of blades, two flight batteries, a charger, and a protective Pelican case • The acquisition of two Gremsy VIO F1 Payload Modules, which provide a 4K electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) camera, a radiometric thermal imager, and a laser rangefinder • The requirement for the contractor to be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote • The evaluation of quotes based on technical capability and price, with the lowest priced technically acceptable quote being awarded the contract
