Description
The Village of Oak Park, Illinois is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide Phase III construction‑engineering services for two concurrent projects on Ridgeland Avenue: a locally funded sewer‑main replacement (Project A) and a federally funded street‑improvement program (Project B). The selected firm will act as Resident Engineer and Construction Inspector, handling pre‑construction coordination, daily on‑site oversight, QA/QC, stakeholder communication, documentation, and close‑out activities for both projects. The work will begin in early 2027 and conclude by spring 2028, with an engineering‑services budget of $175,000 for Project B and unspecified amounts for Project A.
