Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

No contract price is disclosed, so a rough estimate can be derived from typical re‑forestation costs. Assuming herbicide application (~$20 /acre), mechanical prep (~$500 /acre), seedling purchase & planting (~$2 /seedling), and additional labor/insurance overhead, the total cost for 170 acres of hardwood work could be $150‑$200 k, and for 31 acres of longleaf pine about $40‑$60 k. Adding project‑level management, insurance, and contingency pushes the total contract value into a $200 k‑$500 k range.
