Prequalification for Concessionaires to Sell Boat Permits

The City of Norfolk is seeking responsive vendors to sell City boat permits for boating on Norfolk City-owned reservoirs. The selected vendors will be required to maintain a Fidelity and Crime Surety Bond of $1,000.00 and provide proof of insurance. They will also be required to comply with the City Code, Chapter 46.1 – Water Supply Section 46.1-48 for Boating and Fishing on Norfolk Reservoirs. The vendors will retain one dollar ($1.00) per permit sold and pay to the City the remaining revenue from each permit sold.
