The Thomas B. Finan Hospital Center (TBFC) is seeking a qualified contractor to perform sewer‑drain scoping, camera inspections, hydro‑jet cleaning, and post‑cleaning verification for three on‑site cottages. The work includes inspecting 51 drain clean‑outs, removing grease, sludge, roots, and other debris, documenting findings with video/photo evidence, and delivering a comprehensive service report. All activities must comply with strict healthcare infection‑control and patient‑safety protocols, and the entire scope must be completed by June 30 2027. • Inspect 25 clean‑outs in Cottages 5/6, 13 in Cottage 8, and 13 in Cottage C using a commercial sewer camera. • Perform hydro‑jetting on each identified line with equipment sized for 4‑5 in. cast‑iron pipe. • Conduct post‑cleaning camera inspections where practical and document any remaining deficiencies. • Provide video, photos, and a detailed written report (service date, locations, findings, jetting details, recommended corrective actions). • Coordinate with TBFC Facility/Maintenance Department and adhere to infection‑prevention and safety requirements. • Submit a full quote (including travel, labor, parts, materials) by 11:00 AM Oct 30 2026.
