Family shelter operations

The County of Hennepin is seeking proposals for family shelter operations to provide 24/7 services to eligible families in Hennepin County. The contract is expected to commence on September 1, 2026, and span through December 31, 2029. Proposers must provide a plan for performing services, including a budget and timeline, as well as demonstrate experience and qualifications in providing similar services. The evaluation criteria will include the plan for performing services, experience and qualifications, and plan for monitoring and meeting outcomes. • The proposal must include a completed budget form. • The proposal must address all requirement elements of family shelter operations. • The proposal must demonstrate a plan for safety of all individuals, including minor children. • The proposal must demonstrate a plan to provide culturally specific services. • The proposal must include a plan to solicit and utilize feedback from individuals served for decision making and quality improvement.
