Description
The City of North Port intends to secure a sole‑source contract with Sarasota County Solid Waste for the use of the Sarasota County landfill in order to dispose of the city’s solid waste, road, and drainage materials for Fiscal Year 2027. This procurement is conducted under Florida Statute 287.057(5)(c) and does not require a formal solicitation or competitive bidding.
