Sources Sought for SEL-2440

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is conducting a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide a transformer protection relay that has equal performance requirements as the SEL-2440, manufactured by Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL). The relay should have capabilities such as distributed automation and control, discrete input/output, communications and system integration, reporting and monitoring, and substation integration.
