Flash Point Tester

The US Air Force is seeking a Flash Point Tester that meets the minimum specifications outlined in the solicitation. The tester must conform to ASTM D93 methods, be able to perform electric closed cup flash point on jet fuel, and have a barometric pressure connection. The contract will be awarded to the vendor whose quote is the lowest price that meets or exceeds the minimum specifications. • The solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses. • The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 334516. • The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. • The contractor must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration to be eligible for award. • The contractor must submit invoices electronically using the Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer (iRAPT) application within Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). • The contractor must receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the bank account listed in their SAM profile.
