The U.S. Air Force is seeking a qualified telecommunications provider to deliver, troubleshoot, and maintain 24/7/365 local, domestic long‑distance, international long‑distance, and toll‑free services for Joint Base Elmendorf‑Richardson (JBER), Alaska. The contractor must support an average of 90,000 calls per month, meet a 99.999 % reliability target, and provide all necessary transmission facilities, equipment, and maintenance up to demarcation points. Key requirements include a one‑hour on‑site response for high‑priority outages, a cut‑over plan to transition services within 90 days of award, compliance with FCC, PUC, DoD, and Air Force standards, and submission of incident response and installation plans. The award will be based on Lowest‑Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation; quotes are firm for 60 days and must be submitted electronically by the closing date.
