Straw

Laramie County Community College is seeking bids for the provision of straw to be delivered, unloaded, and stacked at their agriculture complex. The college requires 25 tons of straw, with large bales, and the delivery is expected to be in the first week of August 2026. Bidders must provide a written price quotation and abide by the terms and conditions of the bid. The college reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make multiple awards if deemed to be in the best interest of the college. • The bid must include all charges for transportation, packaging, crates, containers, insurance, duty, and brokerage charges necessary to complete a Cheyenne, WY delivery. • The college has a preference for Wyoming materials and Wyoming agriculture products. • The bidder must certify that they are a principal or officer of the firm submitting the proposal and that they have read and understand the IFB and all attachments thereto. • The bidder must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the bid and a subsequently issued PO and terms and conditions.
