Weather Radar Equipment and Service

The State of Tennessee’s Department of Tourist Development is seeking a vendor to provide, install, program, and maintain a Weather Center System—including color LED monitors, CPUs, weather‑radar equipment, and related software—at sixteen highway welcome‑center locations. The contract will be a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price agreement covering all 18 line‑item services, which include twelve‑month access periods for each location, additional custom engineering/programming hours, and emergency‑message scrolling capabilities. The vendor must supply full maintenance at no cost to the State, respond to service calls within 24 hours, and provide toll‑free technical support during business hours.
