The USDA Forest Service is issuing a competitive BPA Call Order under the existing Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction (FMAC) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to replace the HVAC system at the Miller Avenue Fire Building in Bend, Oregon. The work includes removal of the existing air‑conditioning unit, cooling coil, furnace, refrigerant piping, electrical components, supports, and duct transitions, and the supply and installation of a new 4‑ton air‑conditioning unit paired with a 100,000 BTU gas furnace.
