Career & Technical Education (CTE) - Products & Services

This Texas Region 6 Education Service Center (EPIC6) IDIQ solicitation seeks high‑performance vendors to provide a broad catalog of Career & Technical Education (CTE) products and services on an “as‑needed” basis for a five‑year period (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2031) with an annual renewal option. The agreement will be multi‑vendor, allowing any EPIC6 member (public agencies, school districts, non‑profits) to piggy‑back on the contract and purchase items such as welding equipment, culinary supplies, cosmetology kits, robotics kits, agricultural equipment, veterinary supplies, CTE software, automotive parts, photography gear, STEM kits, and other related goods. Vendors must accept a 1.5 % fee on invoiced sales and agree to extend the same pricing to all current and future members. No guaranteed purchase volume; awards are based on a minimum 70‑point evaluation (price, availability, delivery, etc.).
