Hi-Country Drive Culvert Extension Project

The Teton County, Wyoming, is inviting bids for the Hi-Country Drive Culvert Extension Project. The project involves extending the 48” culvert on Hi-Country Drive, including unclassified excavation, culvert installation, pit run subbase, crushed base, asphalt paving, and associated incidentals. The project is expected to start on August 5, 2026, and be completed by October 15, 2026. • The bid form and Wyoming residency certification (if applicable) must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. • Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis. • A 5% bid preference will apply to bids from Wyoming resident contractors. • The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities and irregularities.
