MIL - King County Area Readiness Pre-Design Study - WA Military Dept.

The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is seeking an Architect for Pre-Design/Feasibility Services for the King County Area Readiness Center located in North Bend, Washington. The project involves the design of a Readiness Center, a training bay, a storage facility, and a vehicle storage building. The selected firm will be required to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and participate in a two-phase selection process, including an oral interview. The project goals include meeting National Guard Bureau standards, achieving energy efficiency, and providing ADA enhancements. • The project requires a Pre-Design Report to be completed before June 25, 2026. • The selected firm must be licensed to work in the State of Washington. • The firm will be expected to enter into a standard Engineering and Architectural Services Agreement with the State of Washington. • The level of effort and relative fees will be negotiated using the OFM Guidelines for Determining Architect/Engineer Fees for Public Works Building Projects.
