NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE SEAL ANALYTICAL, INC.

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division intends to designate Seal Analytical, Inc. as a single source provider for maintenance, support, supplies, services, and consumables for the AQ300 and AQ400 Discrete Analyzers, AA100 AutoAnalyzer with AS2 Sampler, and Minilab 1200 BOD Analyzer. The contract period is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030. • The single source justification is based on the fact that the products and services are available only from a single source, or the use of such source is both economically and operationally in the County's best interest. • The Procurement Services Division is the only authorized contact for inquiring or responding to this notice. • All responses shall be submitted online via the Collier County Procurement Services Division Online Bidding System.
