Physical Therapy Services

The Christina School District of Delaware is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive, school‑based physical‑therapy services to students ages 0‑22 across the district. The contract is a three‑year base term beginning July 1 2026, with two optional one‑year extensions and a short month‑to‑month rollover period. Vendors must supply licensed Delaware PTs and PTAs, meet extensive background‑check requirements, and submit all‑inclusive hourly rates that remain fixed through June 30 2027. The district will award multiple vendors to fill an estimated 15 full‑time equivalent PT positions, totaling roughly 1,300 therapy hours per year. • Provide screenings, assessments, IEP development, direct therapy (classroom, pull‑out, home/itinerant) and documentation in the district’s Infinite Campus system. • Submit monthly usage reports and quarterly subcontractor diversity reports; maintain required insurance (CGL, professional liability, auto) at specified limits. • Follow strict submission requirements: sealed hard‑copy and electronic USB, pricing on Appendix A, non‑collusion statement, and registration in the Delaware Supplier Portal.
