The District seeks a qualified provider to design, deliver, and manage a bridge‑to‑manufacturing curriculum for community‑college students in Silicon Valley, emphasizing under‑represented groups and creating pathways to credit manufacturing programs. The contractor will be responsible for curriculum development, hybrid instruction, student recruitment, support services, data collection, and continuous improvement reporting. • Design a “Bridge to Manufacturing” curriculum with career exploration, foundational math, and hands‑on manufacturing skills. • Deliver up to eight hybrid cohorts per year, provide tutoring, stipends, and transition pathways to credit programs. • Manage outreach, student selection, staffing, data reporting, and quarterly/annual performance briefings.
